In the first day of the Strategy Leaders Forum, held at The Address Hotel Dubai Marina, Dr. Ali Al Khouri has provided a presentation about ‘Implementing clear strategic vision and world-class corporate excellence programs to deliver outstanding efficiency, outputs and quality of customer service’. This day of conference was related to strategy selection.
17th of April was the last day of Strategy Leaders Forum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
16th of April was the last day of presentations in the 2014 Strategy Leaders Forum, and was mainly dedicated to the balanced scorecard.
Dr. Robert Kaplan, Professor of Harvard Business School and Co-Founder of the Balanced Scorecard brought value to the conference with a Balanced Scorecard Master Class.
For the report Performance Management in 2013, The KPI Institute conducted 20 semi-structured interviews with practitioners, academics and consultants from 18 countries, who offered a detailed image of Performance Management as a discipline in the analyzed year.
An important editorial rule followed in the development of the content is that a discipline can only evolve through the combined efforts of practitioners, academics and consultants. Teresita Villanueva, Managing Director at TAV Systems, Inc., Philippines was one of the consultants that The KPI Institute interviewed.
