The second day of the PMA 2014 Conference brought another important presentation, “Management Tools for the New Workplace”, held by Lukas Michel, Owner, Founder and MD AgilityINsights. The research study focused on analyzing the experience of five companies from a variety of industries in implementing the Performance Pyramid as a model and approach for initiating transformations within the organization.
The presentation “Disciplined collaborative performance as the road to results” was offered, in the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference, by Mary Jo Hall, from Gambrough Group, DeVry University, and Association for Talent Development, USA.
The presentation “Exploring Lean deployment in New Zealand apple pack-houses” was offered, in the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference, by Hans J.T. Doevendans, QMAC Systems Ltd, Havelock North, Nigel P. Grigg and and Jane Goodyer, School of Engineering and Advanced Technology, Massey University, New Zealand.
After presenting their approach on a strategy model, Assistant Professor Ole Friis, Assistant Professor Jens Holmgren and Professor Jacob Eskildsen, from the Aarhus University in Denmark offered a related presentation, named “An empirical evaluation of a sustainable strategy model”.
The presentation “Utilization of Balanced Scorecard and Customer Relationship Management and the Effect of Their Joint Use on the Financial Performance of Companies in the Czech Republic” was offered in the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference by Professor Adriana Knapkova, Vice dean of Faculty of Management and Economics, prof. Dr. Ing. Drahomíra Pavelková and Ing. Lubor Homolka, from Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
