Most companies have no formal outsourcing process and make short-term decisions based on cost-reduction, and risk mitigation, rather than securing added value alongside continuous improvement. In spite of the intense research activities, there are few frameworks depicting the actual stages and the layout of the overall process of outsourcing.

From this point of view, all organizations are equally vulnerable to data theft, loss or misuse. Given the absolute value placed on data, companies must establish not just one, but several, data protection plans in order to ensure the security of information alongside protocols for fast data recovery.
The social integration of young people represented no considerable problem in the previous centuries, as intermediary stages existed, such as the apprenticeship, which evolved under conditions of severe tutelage by adults. The Department of Public Health from the State of Connecticut, US, aims to ensure “Healthy People in Healthy Connecticut Communities”. Far from remaining just a dream, numerous actions were taken in order to make sure this vision will be reached.
The first step was to develop the State Health Improvement Plan, a clear guide focused on improving health outcomes, by prevention and risk reduction. As part of this plan, 7 health areas of focus were identified
