The presentation “Triple Bottom Line and Firm’s Sustainable Performance Measurement” was held, on the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference, by Lecturer Flavio Hourneaux Junior, Professor Marcelo Gabriel, from Nove de Julho University, and Dolores Gallardo-Vázquez, Universidad de Extremadura.
The second day of the PMA 2014 Conference started with the keynote presentation “An integrated approach to sustainability: how organizations generate innovative performance dimensions, benefits, and strategies that create new sustainable business models and expand traditional dimensions of quality, cost and customer”, held by Professor Mark Finster, of the Wisconsin School of Business.
The second day of the PMA 2014 Conference brought the presentation “Performance measurement communication supporting lean production in SMEs”, held by Carina Larsson, PhD student at School of Engineering, Jönköping University, Kristina Säfsten, associate professor at School of Engineering, Jönköping University and Anna Syberfeldt, senior researcher at School of Engineering Science, University of Skövde.
The second day of the PMA 2014 Conference brought another important presentation, “Management Tools for the New Workplace”, held by Lukas Michel, Owner, Founder and MD AgilityINsights. The research study focused on analyzing the experience of five companies from a variety of industries in implementing the Performance Pyramid as a model and approach for initiating transformations within the organization.
